Cleverdial is a sister company of Clever Contacts, I worked at Clever Contacts until Cleverdial's inception, where I continued improving their infrastructure & stability of their software, while also working towards developing the Cleverdial product.- Implemented DevOps principles and infrastructure to facilitate a solid CI/CD workflow.- Developed & migrated the existing code-base to a Docker-based infrastructure.- Refactored non-performant, undocumented & unmaintainable software.- Developed in-house dialling software, making sure the product meets specifications while also ensuring the code quality is of a high standard.- Introduced agile methodology, a modified version of scrum to suit our workflow.- Introduced standards for the engineering team in regards to code reviews & code styles.- Mentored & assisted junior engineers.- Spearheaded a migration from on-prem to GCP & GKE.- Worked directly with charities, such as RSPCA, to develop bespoke solutions for handling regular & single donations.
