I am a professionally active, Registered Nurse with five years of healthcare experience in skilled-nursing care, with a reputation as a flexible and dependable team member resulting in quality, patient-centered care across various healthcare settings. My background includes exposure to Joint Commission re-accreditation processes, IDPH annual/complaint surveys, eMAR/eTAR implementation, warm hand-off pilot programs, and diverse nursing responsibilities, leadership and management roles.As a Registered Nurse for approximately five years, I have developed a profound sense of pleasure caring for others. Although most of my time has been spent caring for those within the geriatric population, I have also spent time caring for young children and adolescents as well. I approach all patient care with professionalism, intelligence, and compassion. Whether as a floor nurse or nursing manager, my goal is to make patients feel safe, comfortable, and optimistic about their health-care goals.I enjoy working in fast-paced environments that require creative approaches to complex clinical and non-clinical problems.
