With over 14 years of experience in talent management, I am passionate about creating and delivering integrated talent solutions that meet the needs of the business and the employees. I have a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a strong background in talent strategy, assessment, and role profiling. Most recently, I was the Sr. Director of Talent Management at VMware, leading a global team of talented professionals who helped 38,000 employees across the world fulfill their potential.In prior companies, I have bridged the gap between people programs and end-users as an HR Business Partner.
