Job description1.Be responsible for equipment (amplifier of SP&S, Opal-rt simulator ) repairing and maintain. And dealing with the problems of computer for clients. Work with German engineer to solve tough problem.Give feedback to the original for improvement. Periodic maintenance,to adjust and test equipment for keeping good condition and accuracy2. Installation project management in Aisa Pacific. and , which including installation site confirmation, installation schedule and quality control, customer training and project handover.3.Verify the the software and hardware according to the VW80000 and GJB 181,DO160,MILSTD 704. Writing test reports ，recording bugs and analysis of anomaly .Test and record power characteristic ，including accuracy，harmonic，rise/drop speed，maximum power, etc4.Write and compile user manual and test SOP of power amplifier.5. In charge of 5s in test lab. Annual equipment calibration, like oscilloscope,powersuppler,multimeter . New parts purchase. 6.Be familiar with multimeter，oscilloscope，LCR，adjustable power supply ,etc.Be familiar with RT-LAB, MAT-LAB, MS-OFFICE,CAD, PROTEL.Work performance 1.Increase the onsite repair rate to 95% for SP&S equipment.2.Involved in the project of software for aircraft electric power supply .Testing ， debug, wrriting instruction manual. To make sure test result can meet the standard DO160, MILSTD-704,GJB181.3.Involed in amplifier power supply testing for automobile client. Verify the test result according to BMW GS95024-2.4.Independently complete the delivery of equipment for Philippine project. Including power supply installation , function test, test sequence verification ,basic training.5.Increase the repair rate and reduce misjudgement for equipment of OPAL-RT.

1) NPI&MPCooperate with R&D to prepare SW&HW (equiment ,test software),training matiral(test SOP, schematic diagram) for new production，and dealing with the problem（test ，assembly） in each phaseTo find out the root cause of the defects （component or complete machine），from line，supplier，field ，QA. Take part in lean improvement ，like new cell set up,、test station improment，increase prodection capacity.3. Drive supplier quality improvement，and assist in quality compensation4. Design new test fixtures for LCD, HDD, computer, keypad,DVI cable.
