Interfacing and collaborating with other Regional Talent Acquisition Leaders in EMEA and India.

Responsible for overall account management, while working on site at client's location. Develop Customer specific Standard Operating Procedures. Including the identifications of best practices to service the account and maintaining a professional work environment in alignment with current client culture. Managing the fulfillment of open requisitions with Recruiters and Customer Support Associates; setting expectations with focus around key performance indicators. Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees to employment opportunities. Serve as the interface between client managers, national partners, local office, and contract employees. Responsible for contract compliance during the recruiting process and customer specific reporting. Partner with appropriate internal resources locally and nationally to conduct quarterly business review meetings with client's executive team. Provide leadership and direction to contract employees and hiring managers through coaching and providing growth opportunities, ensuring development goals are set and attained. Communicate and enforce company policy and procedures pertaining to co-employment issues, employee attendance, employee relations, and compensation packages.

Responsible for sourcing, screening, & placing candidates with clients across power generation, transmisison and distribution industries. Performed in-depth phone screens, face to face interviews, professional reference checks, & salary/contract negotiations for potential candidates during the hiring & on-boarding process
