At Moxiworks I was responsible for overseeing 6 of our products and managing a team of 3 PMs. Along side this I was responsible for implementing a product management system into the business. We rolled out initiatives such as:* Continuous interviewing* Collection, organisation and priortisations of insights* Introduction of the "product trio" (UX, Eng, PM) to facilitate collaborative product discovery* Centralisation of product backlog/roadmap (from team-based, to company-based)* Recurring exec roadmap reviews* Internal product updates and training

Global head of product.Core responsibilities include: * Defining product strategy and objectives in collaboration with the CEO* Defining the product roadmap in collaboration with CTO and VP engineering* Performing product discovery around roadmap items and strategic initiatives* Defining the scope (the problem space) and objectives for roadmap items* Facilitating ideation and solution scoping sessions with UX and engineering leads* Working collaboratively with engineering leads throughout the development phase* Working with marketing lead to take new features/products to marketOutside the product lifecycle I also:* Work closely with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure I have a clear understanding of business goals/initiatives and stakeholders have clarity around the product strategy and roadmap* In collaboration with marketing; host regular company ride updates on products which include: Strategy check in, upcoming launches, reviews of past launches, updates from market/customer research* Conduct regular customer interviews* Conduct regular internal syncs with customer-facing teams* Manage product analytics platform (Amplitude)

ArtistLink was an events business primarily built around live music. We ran many live music events featuring local, national, and international acts.ArtistLink also ran regular and one-off nightclub-style events at many venues around Melbourne.
