My career in premium skincare sales led to me launching and establishing the Clinique counter in the newly-opened John Lewis & Partners store in Leeds. I was always dedicated to making sure my team of consultants were happy and had everything they needed ready to deliver great service to our clients. Post-lockdown, looking for a change, I took a plunge and stepped into luxury perfumery sales - discovering a passion for the fragrance industry I never knew I had! I had the privilege of working in Harvey Nichols in Leeds, and there I was able to exercise my passion for visual merchandising with many beautiful fragrance brands, and I took pride in elevating my counter to become a stand-out example of a well-run account. I was always keen to make things work better, and I developed my own digital tools that streamlined the management process.Now after finally hanging up my retail badge, I use the keen sense of customer satisfaction, the appreciation for fine details, and that dedication to making things run smoothly - (all developed in retail!) - to transform the way my team works. Constantly striving to deliver quality results that exceed expectations, I have been recognised for my creative and thoughtful approach to work. My organisational skills and eye for design, my natural affinity for numbers, and of course my dedication to client satisfaction, all serve me well as we strive to deliver excellence at LMP Legal.
