In my role as Senior Pricing Analyst I work closely with the Head of Consumer Products & Analysis and Senior Leaders across the Consumer Division at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank to deliver insight through understanding Product & Financial performance of the Consumer Division. The key focus areas of my role are: • To inspire, lead and develop a high performing team that supports the divisions strategic objectives.• To ensure consistency and accuracy across Product & Customer performance reporting and insights and providing business units with a holistic view to aid in collaboration.• To provide actionable, solutions-oriented metrics, insights and recommendations that lead to growth in Customer and Product revenue as a result of better understanding the drivers of financial performance.• To drive increased revenue and reduced costs through determining strategic pricing offers.• To analyse and derive actionable insights from all forms of available data and information sources.• Developing and coordinating insight-led engagement programs across the Consumer Division related to financial performance.• Overseeing the use & support the development of advanced pricing models.
