• To ensure consistency and accuracy across Product & Customer performance reporting and insights and providing business units with a holistic view to aid in collaboration.
• To provide actionable, solutions-oriented metrics, insights and recommendations that lead to growth in Customer and Product revenue as a result of better understanding the drivers of financial performance.
• To drive increased revenue and reduced costs through determining strategic pricing offers.
• To analyse and derive actionable insights from all forms of available data and information sources.

• Actively re-forecast monthly growth based on trends identified within activity data, changes in the market, and internal directives that influence business targets
• Monitor portfolio and competitor behaviour and provide recommendations to the Senior Manager
• Undertake both regular and ad hoc reporting, including monitoring changes in activity levels, competitor offerings, and changes to the wider financial, economic and regulatory markets both in Australia and globally
