Responsible for internal optimization and improvements within the Creo-tech group of companies, through engineering, innovation and technology enhancements. Working closely with the executive and senior leadership teams to: ✓ Develop a world-class IT infrastructure ✓ Automate and implement technologies that will step change productivity and efficiency ✓ Identify and strategically implement complimentary product and service solutions✓ Build the engineering capabilities of the group to offer complete service to our clients ✓ Research and develop new and emerging technologies, implementing operations group wide. ✓ Lead change management and corporate integration activities Delivering the key initiatives behind innovation – leadership, creating networks, harnessing idea development, leveraging the right incentives and building/managing an effective, transparent and efficient innovation and technology adoption process.

Responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of engineering projects including resource management, budgeting and scheduling.
