This includes custom interfaces with the on-site EPOS system to be able to pull product information, price and stock inventory as well as informing the EPOS system of the current orders which are being processed. I also implemented a full CI/CD pipeline utilising Azure Devops and Github to facilitate this. Not only this but I have created additional programs to be able to send reports to suppliers informing them of the current stock holding of their products within our stores to streamline the ordering process. This is on top of my day to day responsibilities as a Sales Representative ensuring that the customer receive the attention they require as well as ordering in new products and managing store layout and relationships with suppliers. My role involved every aspect of the IT infrastructure, both internally and externally, including maintenance of servers both on site and within the cloud environment, managing Microsoft services and licensing as well as training in the support specialists.

I currently resolve customer issues with a custom DMS (Destination Management System). I dealt with customer issues, primarily by email, that ranged from simple account issues to providing training on the flagship product Xara Xtreme. Also i was responsible for ensuring the Knowledge base was kept up to date and that any issues on the purpose built forum were reported to the developers and the customers handled effectively.

My main duties were to ensure that the till was manned at all times and that customers queries were answered. Later in my time i was responsible for increasing the amount of Blu-Ray players that were sold to which there was a vast improvement from when i started this role to previous months.
