After launching my first book, Hacking School Discipline, I was given an opportunity for my voice to be heard and resources to make a change. I took that opportunity and resources to create meaningful relationships to start and scale three bootstrapped companies sustainably and focused on positive impacts. The positive impact came to fruition after becoming a global thought leader and developing a community of over 500,000 educators through my book sales and social media. This catalyzed our growth and scaling with resounding positive feedback from educators.I focus on reimagining discipline processes, increasing belonging in school communities, and creating innovative systems to learn empathy and teach paths to forgiveness. My passion and knowledge comes from some hard lived experiences and the knowledge I’ve learned from the people I’ve worked with for 15 years as a youth worker and educator. “Do not follow where the path may lead.
