Key responsibilities & achievements:• Implemented a new infrastructure strategy which resulted in an improved customer support journey, allowing the field services team to remotely manage facilities. The majority of requests are now resolved 50% faster.• Mentoring a team of field service engineers, through regular training and feedback loops, moving many of the team into specialist roles within their second year.• Estate-wide installation, maintenance, & support with experience in Win XP, Win 7, Win 10• Project managed multiple desktop rollouts, including new hardware images. • Project management of new facility builds, refurbishments, and the transitioning from one partnership to another.• Reduced cost, and maintained efficiencies, through revising our suppliers.• Upskilling the team at regular intervals on health & safety polices

My duties include... • Providing 2nd + 3rd line support to staff via email and telephone to resolve issues• Fault finding and support of Desktops, Win XP, Win 7, Win 10, printers and networks • Installing and maintaining wired and wireless networks; LAN and Wi-Fi• Installing hardware such as desktops and other peripherals • Router and Switch installations• Network hardware installations such as communications cabinet rebuilds • Reporting network performance statistics and issues to network manager• Liaising with 3rd parties regarding structure cabling, line install’s.
