• Enabled the launch of the department's first account based marketing (ABM) campaign for RefundPlus by creating and testing campaign emails by utilizing Salesforce email platform. The campaign was deemed successful with over 30% of Information Qualified Leads (IQL) converted to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) or Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and 62% of MQLs converted to SQLs.• Expedited the process of updating the Solution Source documents by compiling all 323 edits across multiple phases in the time span of 2 months in order to successfully revise all 6 documents to match the current product verbiage and new information. • Handled the editing of Deep Future Analytics webinars in Adobe Premiere Pro to be used for lead generation on various platforms. Utilized animated graphical elements synchronized to music and b-roll videos to create intros and outros for each part. In addition, parametric equalizers and keyframes were used for editing the quality of the audio tracks as needed.• Operated within the platform Hushly to update information necessary for the new and current ABM campaigns. A total of over 136 accounts, account representatives, and account visitors were uploaded to the platform, with correct corresponding information. • Co-leader for the 2022 Summer Intern presentation. Duties included setting up meetings, creating graphical elements from the final presentation, deciding on featured content, and aiding in the presentation preparation. • Initiated the creation of graphics and concept websites with the platform Canva in order to prepare content for presentations and documentation used by the sales representatives.• Performed the task of updating outdated marketing collateral to reflect new changes by marking and then submitting the documents to the graphic designer.
