Regional General Manager covering Northern territory (Northern Ireland, Scotland and North England)

Maintaining responsibility for a territory with targets of £2.6 million per quarter.

- Managing the entire recruitment life cycle from defining requirements, identifying / attraction, sourcing, competency interviewing and placement.- Ensuring that individuals are fully briefed with regards to role expectations.- Maintaining an excellent knowledge of employment laws to promote best practice.- Actively sourcing talent for current and future hiring requirements (LinkedIn, online job boards and Gumtree). - Gathering key requirements from clients in order to develop recruitment strategies. - Up/cross selling services.- Visiting clients to build and develop relationships, as well as create an understanding of their business goals. - Implementing social media into the business to promote brand awareness.
