As the Head of Learning and Development, I lead a team of Instructional Designers and L&D Specialists to design, develop, and execute training programs within ArisGlobal. My main job duties include:• Collaborate with division/department leads to assess training and development needs within the company and design solutions that meet the business goals• Act as the program and project manager for learning programs within the company• Set standards for learning and development within the company• Evaluate learning programs within the company and provide guidance on keeping them updated and accurate• Facilitate in onboarding new employees• Prepare and implement training budget, along with maintaining records and reports of expenses• Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs

Collaborate with business partners to understand the need for training and organization change management. Lead a team of instructional designers to design and develop training for ArisGlobal's products.
