We were told by NCT leadership that "the facilitation style was warm, inclusive and enabling... with opportunity for all of our community to engage."+ Facilitated an improvement in morale among a team at the Trades Union Congress across several workshops over several months - emphasising collaborative communication tools and intentions to connect more intimately and build collective understanding and truth.+ Facilitated collective visioning and strategy for the future of primary care with NHS leadership in east London - a vision that was collectively built in a short period of time, and in direct alignment with shared values.+ Coached, mentored and provided emotional, insight and strategic support to leadership at organisations like UK Youth, Shift Design, Chiva, and Bond UK.+ Consulted for the Head of Policy, Equalities and Participation at Lambeth Council to design and facilitate several co-creation (creation of the Borough Plan) workshops with often disgruntled and charged citizens.
