I was responsible for maintaining outstanding front-line client service as well as positioning PNC products to help meet our clients' needs. Traveled between different branches in the Detroit North region assisting teams that had staffing shortages & helped in training the new staff members that joined those teams. Routinely scored perfect 10s on my customer surveys & gained recognition from many co-workers through I-Lead nominations in Quarter 3 of 2023.Continued to achieve outstanding customer service metrics with an average customer survey rating of 9.7. Overall the course of my last year in retail banking, 88% of my 43 surveys scored perfect 10s on customer satisfaction & helpfulness.

After passing the senior underwriting training course with flying colors I transitioned to my full-time role as a senior underwriter in early 2020. This position focused on calculating income for borrowers and doing an initial review of the loan in order to set the file up for success. As with the underwriter two position, this role focus heavily on client service to ensure the client has a great experience.Other duties include document review, data entry, income calculation & analysis, profit & loss analysis, trending analysis & self employment analysis. I also became well versed in reviewing both business & personal tax returns.I have been working from home since March & have developed a routine that allows me to maintain peak productivity & minimize distractions while away from the office. During the beginning of the pandemic I was also given an opportunity to work with a credit policy team that was developing new ways to ensure compliance at the height of the uncertainty. Once business picked back up, I returned to my normal duties.By the time I left my role, I had become one of the highest producing underwriters on my team while also maintaining superb quality.

After joining United Wholesale Mortgage at the end of May, I immediately started progressing through the intensive and nationally regarded training programs of United Wholesale Mortgage. After the completion of the 10 weeks of training, I passed all the courses with excellent marks and hit the floor running. This role focused heavily on document review and data entry while also developing a deep understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. At United Shore we are focused heavily on friendly competition within the office so all underwriters are ranked based on a multitude of contributing factors. In the months I was eligible to be ranked (after 3 full months on the floor) I was ranked 20th in September of 2019, 13th October of 2019 & 18th in November of 2019. This is out of roughly 500 total underwriter twos. I also broke a team record with a monthly call score average of 107.5% in November of 2019. My time in this role allowed me to further develop critical skills such as attention to detail, client relations, & time management while also learning tons of information on a daily basis about a new industry that I did not have previous experience in. In November of 2019, I was promoted to being a senior underwriter which ended my time as an underwriter two.

In Denver, I was enrolled in the Acceleration to Leadership (A2L) program where my initial role is assisting in the management of the 4 restaurants located inside Coors Field. My duties before the start of the season included hiring between 50+ people to fill positions in all restaurants as well as set up the four restaurants so that they are ready to go come opening day. During the first month of the season, I worked as a manager on the floor in the largest restaurant inside Coors Field, The Mountain Ranch Club. We would regularly serve upwards of 250 guests during a game. My main focus during a shift would be walking around and talking to all of the guests to make sure they were happy and enjoying their experience. I was then moved to Red Rocks Amphitheater where I became the lead operations manager of the Ship Rock Grille. Many of the tasks that I would perform on a day to day basis were working on the floor of the restaurant. This meant making sure every guest was happy and having a good time as well as ensuring food went out promptly and correctly. Attention to detail was critically important in allowing the restaurant to run smoothly.

Yosemite National Park, California

Working as a food & beverage manager, I oversaw the day to day operations of a restaurant known as Degnan's Deli. This restaurant can do upwards of $2,500 of sales every hour during our peak season. My responsibilities include overseeing pizza production, helping tend bar & and making sure customers have an excellent experience. I also gained experience with scheduling, ordering, inventory management as well as labor relations. Working with a severely understaffed team of 40+ people during peak season, with many of them being from countries overseas, clear and concise communication made shifts easier to work through and allowed all necessary duties to get done in a timely manner. Our team broke numerous store records for sales while dealing with intense labor shortages.

Yosemite National Park, California

This internship program exposes one to a large variety of the activities that happen in a hospitality setting as well as food and beverage duties. I often work during the night as a dining room manager. This is our busiest time of day and requires a lot of attention to detail to ensure that customers are being served in a timely manner. I also ran our Saturday BBQs which served up to 250 people in a two-hour window. My main duties during this shift were to delegate duties during the event, as well as plan the event set up and ensure timely cleanup. Working as this hotel exposed me to the opportunity to lead across generations as the staff I worked with ranged in ages from 18-90.

Employed as a shift leader who was responsible for keeping the store running during peak hours of operation. After one year as a Team Member, I was promoted to Team Leader, where I worked for most of the next 3 years. Also gained valuable experience managing employees through a typical busy work day/night. Skills gained include delegating tasks in a timely manner, enforcing workplace rules and providing excellent customer service. I also learned the ins and outs of being a floor manager while getting a firsthand look at the managing of a location and the implications of other companies on one’s workplace.

Based on previous experience as a sandwich artist in my home town, I was hired on as a team member at the beginning of my freshman year. The Pod Market was a combination of a Subway and a small market store. Working for both sides of the store allowed me to gain valuable skills in the operations of a store and what it takes to run large scale operations that services tens of thousands a year. In October of the next year, I was promoted to the position of Team Leader.
