The Australian New Goldberg Orchestra (ANGO) is one of Melbourne's premier not-for-profit youth ensembles, that provide opportunities for musicians of all ages to experience works from a diverse background.My role and achievements: • Heading a 50-person organisation, associated with a 5000+ person school organisation.• Creating innovative, tailored solutions for members that satisfies member demands and minimises risk to the organisation.• Leading team meetings and reviewing team performance• Handling dispute resolution with strong communication skills, diplomacy and discretion• Working closely with sponsors, Board of Directors, Parents Association and other departments and teams within the organization• Organizing overseas tour to Guangzhou, China
