I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from Canterbury Christ Church University and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Advanced Mechanical Engineering at Queen Mary University London. My academic background, with high achievements in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science (C++), laid a solid foundation for my deep interest in engineering design and innovation.As a founding member of our university’s Formula Society team, I was in charge of designing and modeling a lithium-ion battery pack for the vehicle. This experience taught me valuable project management and technical skills as I worked hands-on with prismatic pouch cells and other high-performance components to ensure safe, efficient energy storage solutions.In addition to my project work, I gained practical exposure through an internship at Equate Petrochemical in Kuwait, where I strengthened my understanding of structural integrity and material resilience in a professional setting. I further refined my material testing skills through CDIO projects with companies like Tensei and eXroid, where I conducted tests such as laminate testing and 3-point bend testing to assess material strength, elasticity, and durability. These hands-on experiences with advanced material testing devices equipped me with the skills to evaluate and optimize materials for structural applications.Now, as I continue to expand my knowledge and skills in advanced mechanical engineering, I look forward to contributing to innovative projects, with a particular focus on structural optimization and sustainable engineering solutions.
