Hi, my name is Nathan Moore, I am the Co-Founder of Frameless Interactive. My most recent role in the public system was that of Chief Nursing Information Officer for Western Sydney Local Health District. With a strong commitment to nursing leadership, my role revolves around driving the adoption of clinical information systems and cutting-edge technologies. I provide invaluable guidance on learning, decision support, clinical workflows, and the optimisation of clinical systems for nurses, midwives, and other multidisciplinary care providers.My journey in healthcare technology began with a clinical background in critical care nursing. Over nearly a decade, I served as a Nurse Educator, specialising in the development of Simulation-Based Learning programs for clinicians at all levels of experience. This role gave me firsthand insights into the challenges and opportunities within healthcare education.I recently completed a PhD that delves into the design and deployment considerations for the use of Virtual Reality (VR) in clinical training. This groundbreaking research has garnered attention both locally and internationally, highlighting the potential of VR to transform how healthcare professionals are trained.Beyond academia, I am actively exploring the commercialisation of the applications I have been developing in collaboration with Frameless Interactive under the brand Learnsuite Health. These applications promise to revolutionise healthcare training and education.Throughout my career, I have contributed to the field through numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and active participation in health technology conferences. My passion for innovation and multidisciplinary collaboration has also led to my involvement in designing, supporting, and reviewing various programs for multidisciplinary teams across a multitude of different areas.I'm passionate about pushing the boundaries of healthcare informatics, education and technology, and I'm always eager to connect with like-minded professionals.
