I have been a partner at Cutt Kendell & Olson for 5 years. My practice focuses on personal injury litigation in all of its various complexities, including products liability cases, excessive force cases, premises liability cases, and trucking/auto injury cases. I relish any opportunity to go to trial but I also recognize the importance of settling cases and looking for creative solutions to help my clients move on from tragedy and significant loss in their lives. I have been lead counsel at trial for nearly 30 cases and I have successfully resolved hundreds of cases through arbitration and mediation. Over the past 5 years I have helped my clients recover over $30 million in damages to help repair harms suffered at the hands of others. I have been named to the Utah Business Magazine Legal Elite and the Mountain States Super Lawyers in Civil Litigation from 2011 through the present. In my prior life I was an attorney at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson, where I represented insurance companies and other business in a variety of cases, including transportation law, commercial trucking, public transportation, and automobile personal injury. Because of this defense background, I feel like this gives me a huge advantage when representing my clients in their claims against trucking companies, insurance companies and businesses.
