As a caregiver for The Grandson, I assist with the day to day needs of clients. As a caregiver I provide consistent, expectation raising, in home care. I have gained experience working with patients that have dementia and have assisted with all responsibilities that come with that.

Head coach of a summer swim team, for kids ages 4-18. The team has anywhere from 50-80 swimmers each year. I provide private swim lessons and manage day to day responsibilites. I utilize organizational skills, working with board members to organize swim meets, manage swim meets, and provide a fun environment for the children.

I managed a team of 7-8 lifeguards. I oversaw all day to day activities at the pool, made the schedule each week, and made sure each lifeguard was properly trained. Duties included maintenance, cleaning, and most importantly ensured the safety of patrons.

As an Student Ambassador, I worked with the Baylor University Engagement Center to fundraise for scholarship opportunities. In this position, I made around 300 calls per day to Baylor alumni, parents, friends, and donors. These calls are made to inform people about upcoming events and to get pledges for academic scholarship funds and much more. I individually raised a total pledge amount of just over $5,000.

As a swim instructor at Bear Paddle, I ran 30 minute swim classes that each have 1-4 students. In each shift, I would run 10 classes where students of all different levels learned to swim or improved their swimming skills.The ages of the students ranged from 10 months-16 years old, where I learned to communicate with students as well as provide daily feedback to parents.
