Responsibilities include:* Developing new business opportunities with retailers and distributors globally * Supporting existing customers to increase sales * Working on a defined NPD programme to ensure we are bringing innovative new products to market* Responsible for formulating our global marketing strategy and ensuring it is correctly implemented. This includes but is not limited to * Development and implementation of our first major logo and pack redesign in over 10 years* Management of all digital activity including our website, social media activity and trade communications* Ensuring through focus groups and bespoke market data reports we have unrivalled insight on our Dishmatic users and are utilising this knowledge to drive sales through both increasing market penetration and increasing average spend from existing customers* Analysing trade promotions to ensure all promotional activity is tailored to meet the KPI's of both EasyDo and our key trade customers

Groupon is an American worldwide e-commerce marketplace connecting millions of subscribers with local merchants by offering activities, travel, goods and services in more than 28 countries. As the Groupon Goods UK National Account Manager I was the designated point of contact for businesses featuring their products on the Groupon Goods pages and email mailouts.• Responsible for managing a number of high revenue promotional campaigns under the 'Groupon Goods' banner and developing relationships with clients to ensure client retention and repeat business. • Experience of managing some of Groupon’s largest clients, including global brands such as The Body Shop, • Working and establishing strong relationships with third party booking management companies such as “Booking Bug”, “Survey Monkey” and “Reserve Now” and supporting clients on the use of these systems throughout their campaign.• Co-ordinating negotiations between the client and the editorial, social media and design team to ensure the promotion is fully optimised and the client is fully satisfied with the campaign before feature launch.• Analysing deal performance including sales figures, customer feedback and buying trends; reporting this information back to clients and strategic planners in a comprehensive manner and providing relevant and effective recommendations•Responsible for analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and presenting this information to senior managers via Salesforce reporting•Working with developers to aid the launch of two key systems aimed to support clients throughout their promotion including a booking system and a database which monitors all financial and marketing information for clients.• Working with the PR and compliance officers within the company and external trading authorities to ensure the Groupon brand is acting in compliance with relevant regulations and is well represented and perceived within the public domain
