TechCare is a fat windows client application with a 3-tier architecture using C# and SQL Server databases. Reduced the code base from 1.3 million lines of code to just under 250k lines at the end of the rewrite.• Vet, interview, hire and supervise a team of 6 developers and 1 quality assurance employee for the EHR application.• Assist in developing and executing plan to ensure the application remains HIPAA compliant.• Created the requirements gathering and documentation for the client changes that is still in use today.• Perform semi-annual staff reviews and compensation changes based on department budget.• Responsible for the increased demand for the Electronic Health Record software, resulting in over $5 million in annual revenue.• Successfully led the design and implementation of the EHR software to Maricopa County, AZ jail.
