Oversaw all inbound and outbound shipments for Receiving and Shipping Departments. . Hired, trained and managed employees and supervisors; oversaw 30 employees in both the warehouse and production facility... Created shipping documents for customer needs including bills of lading, packing list or customized documents. . Negotiated freight tariffs with companies, created logistics guide for company based of freight saving, transit times, customer service and damage ratios. .. Conducted weekly cycle counts of inventory and made other adjustments as needed... Entered all production items that were made into accounting software and updated current inventory levels.... Ran and created numerous reports for customer orders, inventory levels, cost of goods sold and gross profit percentage on items sold.

Received customer orders for two companies via, phone, fax, email or electronic transmission.. Validated order prices and part numbers were correct and matched what the customer ordered. Sent order confirmation to each customer after the order was completed to ensure accuracy.. Answered customer questions on product and followed up on tracking or any other issues that occurred... Also worked in the accounts receivable department processing payments to customer's accounts and invoicing customers.
