Nathan Ondyak is founder and entity CEO of London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) operating subsidiaries SwapAgent Ltd and LSEG Post Trade Services Ltd, both financial market infrastructure companies that were founded in partnership with global financial institutions to reduce risk and increase efficiencies in the global OTC derivatives market.SwapAgent Ltd is the world’s sole clearinghouse for bilateral derivatives, processing over US$15trillion in OTC derivative notional and US$ multi-billion in daily settlements for 45+ of the largest global financial institutions. Mr. Ondyak has led SwapAgent from concept to becoming a core piece of market infrastructure, operating as the market standard service for certain bilateral OTC derivative products such as cross currency swaps.Prior to starting SwapAgent, Mr. Ondyak was Global Head of Products & Markets for LCH SwapClear, LCH’s flagship interest rate derivative clearing service, where he was instrumental in scaling the business post the Global Financial Crisis to asset managers, hedge funds and other buyside institutions.Mr. Ondyak serves on the Board of Directors of SwapAgent Ltd and LSEG Post Trade Services Ltd.
