I get to earn a living by doing something millions of people do for free - I'm incredibly fortunate to be able to say that.Campaigning for change is something almost all of us do, often organic and individual as we tell friends and family of the changes we think should happen across the world.I help people and groups come together, combining their efforts and solidifying their power to make that change a reality, shaping decisions and influencing policy, ensuring peoples voices are heard and decision makers take note of what people want to see happen to their world.But campaigning isn't just about bringing groups together, it's also about helping our next generation of leaders. I've worked with and mentored future MPs and leaders across the progressive change movement, helping them to navigate processes, understand the foundations of effective campaigning to ensure the leaders of tomorrow are grounded in the communities they serve and know how to articulate their vision and values to bring people on the journey of change, moving away from a system that simply makes change happen rather than involving those it effects.I'm passionate about innovation across the campaign sector, the tactics of yesteryear no longer fit in a rapidly changing world where technology brings new potential alongside threats whilst the rise of social media means the news cycle changes ever quicker. I founded a Society bringing together some of the most innovative campaigners across the UK to help grass roots organisations understand how they can maximise the opportunities this brings. I'm a multi-award winner with the campaigns I've led, trusted by decision makers, grass roots, established organisations, the press and colleagues alike.
