1. Execution of BHS mechanical installation of US$ 100 Mio project with 6 contractors 12 engineers 250 techs.2. BHS installation includes of special equipments such as tilt tray, ploughs, speed diverts, carousals & VSU’s.3. Supply chain management with vendors & purchasing team for the timely delivery and completion.4. Lead and support the quality team for the successful FAT, Object specific tests and site acceptance tests.5. Successful off shore management in engineering design, supply of conveyor systems & special equipments (Matrix Org.)6. Lead a team of design, commercial and purchasing & logistics team in a matrix organization of Siemens SG.7. Participation in daily, weekly & monthly meeting with customer for effective project execution.8. Effective participation in Operation Readiness and Trails (ORAT), Performance & Integration tests9. Risk/ Opportunity management for large scale projects.

1.Assistent to Danish project manager for the successful execution of project.2.Involved in daily cordination with main contractor supporting Installation of tilt tray sorter system and high speed tray system.3.Involved in total clash management of the entire system. 4.Involved in assisting progress and post claim management.5.Assist PM to check all design issues related to clashes with other systems such as HVAC, fire protection.6.Liaise with the Sub-contractors and main contractor for the smooth progress of Project.
