Nathan Reilly is a Shipping & Logistics Manager with experience ranging from merchandising to inventory specialization to production management, Nathan is helping to shape the future of eCommerce, one DTC brand at a time. While working for Burton Snowboards, he organized and facilitated an annual summer sale event averaging over $1M in sales while categorizing and managing units between two separate local stores. Nathan also simultaneously managed product for five flagship stores and four outlets across the US, all while coordinating two separate pop up stores in Boston and Colorado. He also continued to develop his passion for Winter sports by encouraging consumers to do the same.At TeePublic, Nathan specialized in and oversaw Operations and Logistics for Direct to Garment, Print On Demand, DTC, and startups. He managed simultaneous communication with seven domestic and two international fulfillment centers, and managed the transition to UPS, saving the company over $100k annually. He also developed new packaging and material strategies, pushing company KPI's to meet sustainability goals in an industry that needs as many sustainable solutions as it can get. Nathan holds a Bachelors of Political Science from the University of Vermont and remains an avid snowboarder and outdoors enthusiast. He believes that Print on Demand is just one big puzzle and how brands get the product to the customer is one of the most important pieces. Nathan is making that puzzle come together as smoothly as possible.
