I am a graduate from Grand Valley State University; that majored in Information Systems and minored in Business, I also specialized in Network Management and Security. Currently I work as a Site Operations Manager for Lexmark on the Meijer account. At Lexmark I manage all parts of an asset lifecycle and help meet customer needs for over 4000 devices as the primary contact. I also analyze data to ensure we are getting accurate information to report to our customers and many other things on a day-to-day basis. I have had three different internships, two at Consumers Energy where I worked on SAP configurations and building automated test cases for SAP upgrades. I also worked at Trail Head Networks where I worked with a wide variety of devices, learning how to setup, manage and support them for clients. I also gained experience working closely with clients to help assist them with their problems. While at school I have gained experience in multiple different coding languages, such as JAVA, Python, HTML, C, and visual basics. I also have some experience in database management and how to use SQL. I have also gained management experience here from a variety of different classes specialized in IT Management. Including other job experiences that I have ranges from Sales, Landscaping, Food service and Decking. I love to learn new things and am always open to exploring new job opportunities!
