Selected as one of 10 Department of the Army civilian nominees to participate in the Defense Senior Leader Development Program (DSLDP). This is a unique program that develops GS 14-15 or equivalent senior civilian leaders who have the potential and aspiration to serve as senior executives. Over the course of twenty months, DSLDP provides structured learning opportunities to enable civilian leaders with the enterprise-wide perspective and competencies needed to lead people, programs, and organizations in the joint, interagency, and multinational environment. These include Defense-focused leadership seminars, professional military education at a senior service school, and several individual development activities. I will be attending the US Air Force War College (Maxwell AFB) from July 2022 to April 2023.

Serves as AMC G8 Manpower Division's technical expert, analyst, and integrator on AMC's manpower Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Senior Leader direct projects, studies, and initiatives. Through the use of various manpower systems/databases, conducts research, data-mining, statistical analysis, and policy development, in support of sensitive and high visibility initiatives which impact the Army's materiel enterprise. Oversees and manages both civilian and military manpower programs, organizational and force structure for AMC Major Subordinate Commands and Separate Reporting Agencies. Applies comprehensive knowledge of organizational force structure development and manpower management principles, techniques, policies,directives, and procedures. Oversees, develops, modifies, manpower programs within established TAA and PPBE processes in support of AMC's multifaceted workforce comprised of over 50,000 personnel.

Integrate and coordinate the US Army Europe (USAREUR) Command input to the Army's Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and DOD Future Years Defense Program. Prepare USAREUR's long-range resourcing strategy and oversee agency participation in the programming phase of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process while actively engaged in the planning, budgeting, and execution phases. Manage the POM-to-Budget transition and the development of reclamas to OSD Program Decision Memoranda (PDM), Program Budget Decisions (PBD) and OSD Resource Management Decisions (RMD).
