I am responsible for maintaining the contractor network for my assigned territories for HVAC. I recruit, employ, and remove contractors from the network for AHS. I maintain an assigned budget for overall spend on repairs for our customers while also maintaining an acceptable quality standing of all contractors employed within my assigned markets and territories. Reading, analyzing, interpretation, and explaining reports are also a necessary part of the function to ensure all metrics are being maintained throughout the year. additionally I resolve any escalated problems or complaints between customers and contractors.

Review recorded and live phone calls of associates to determine proper procedures followed across all company channels. Also pulled data from servers and compiled in reports for managing members of each department to review.

Authorized contractors to perform covered work on customers homes, make decisions based on contract the customers coverage, and contact customers with denial information based on contract if deemed any portions of claim not covered. Worked in all functions of department.

Whenever a customer placed a claim that could not be immediately dispatched by system or associate to a qualified contractor, I would search for qualified contractor and dispatch out to service withing set guidelines of service delivery.

Received & placed auto insurance claims from customers and inputted all info into the companies database. Would speak with customers, attorneys, and occasionally law enforcement.
