Nathan Paul is an experienced financial services leader, having built and led organizations across product development, business development, and operations. As Vice Chair and Chief Operating Officer at Lazard Asset Management, he oversees day-to-day operations of the Asset Management business and spearheads global business initiatives with a unique ability to align firm priorities and coordinate management groups. Nathan previously served as Chief Business Officer for Lazard Asset Management, where he led business development and growth initiatives globally. He has also held the title of General Counsel and Managing Director, overseeing legal, compliance and corporate governance. Nathan has also served as President and Director of The Lazard Funds and has held positions on multiple firm-level committees and boards.
