Daily tasks and responsibilities:- Planning, assigning and directing work appraising performance; rewarding and providing corrective action.- Training employees on all aspects of service and selling techniques;- Addressing complaints and resolving problems for both employees and guests- Managing the financial aspects of the beverage operation, including : operating the bar within the budget requirements, and successful identification of expense reduction through cost control.- Performing any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.- Ensuring that the bars operate efficiently quality requirements and standards.- Monitoring the bar staff and providing a high degree of “Floor presence”.- Continuously monitoring USPH procedures for sanitation and cleanliness.- Providing on-the-job training to improve your team’s current performance, and prepare them for advancement.- Meeting with staff to review guest comments to implement revisions and improvements.

Daily tasks and responsibilities- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.- Pay employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing checks.- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.- Disburse petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.- Report sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Instructed to work as part of a team in order to operate the bar facilities at the most efficient level whilst maintaining a high standard.
