Flight Operations Sergeant for the 1100th TASMG. Receive and process flight requests. Track missions to completion. Ensure all post mission data is processed and filed. Provide after action reviews to senior leadership. Provide flight operations guidance to equivalent military units when necessary. Maintain aviator flight records, tracking time, evaluations and events. Primary unit Safety NCO responsible for ensuring all operations are conducted in a safe manner. Senior NCO for logistics of aircraft parts, unit equipment and Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE).

Led test flight operations for the MC-12S EMARSS aircraft during Contractor Testing and Developmental Testing (CT/DT) at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. Developed and executed test plans accruing 550 total test flight hours. Performed operational test of the EMARSS Mission Equipment Payload comprised of the L3 MX-15HDi, DCGS-A configured workstations, PRC-117G and ARC-231 radio’s. Familiar with the L3 TCDL and BLOS configuration and operation. Developed the ARMY approved flight publications to include Aircrew Training Manual Flight Training Guide, and Operator Checklist. During the Initial Key Personnel Training (IKPT) I effectively trained soldiers to operate mission systems and perform the appropriate troubleshooting actions as necessary ensuring a successful Limited User Test (LUT).Performed New Equipment Training (NET), instructing Aerial Sensor Operators how to most effectively utilize the EMARSS missions systems to meet the unit’s specific training requirements to ensure safe and effective flight operations during their upcoming deployment.Currently executing ground and flight tests of post NET modification and improvements of the EMARSS aircraft.

Provide flight operations guidance to units and personnel when necessary. Maintain over 150 aviator and non-rated flight records, tracking time, evaluations and events. Sign out and inventory equipment for daily use. Teach and educate peers and m-day soldiers on CAFRS and daily operations at a Flight facility.
