I executed the cleaning validation and test protocol right up/report.I was a key member on the team working on a possible new device focused towards NICU usage. I executed the benchmark testing, assisted in the 510K submission and the user manual finalization.With the addition of IEC standard 60529 (Ingress protection) the companies main device, Hemotherm, needed to be updated. I set up and ran the water ingress testing portion and fixed problem areas on the device to allow for an IP23 rating

Product accessories and modeling done in SolidWorks and 3D printed. Worked with doctors to model and 3D print possible accessories to current devices to allow easier use (to investigate the feasibility)Manufacturing Co op: Validation of new facility and packaging line. Ran the seal strength tests to determine the correct combinations of time, temperature and pressure. Migration of production lines into new manufacturing space including validating all electrical and compressed air sources to ensure code was met.
