Directly managing five individuals, specialising in ensuring that all areas related to Fixtures, Squads, and League Tables met the standards required by customers, this involved creating the KPIs related to this data that needed to be reached internally within the business.This role additionally required regular visits to the office in Mangalore India, ensuring that everything run as smoothly as possible, this also meant that I was indirectly managing a number of Team leaders within this office.This role involved a large proportion of time producing Recommendation Reports to key stakeholders, which explained areas of the business that were problematic and required changes to ensure the business operated sufficiently.This also resulted in the production of a QA Monthly report which was sent to key stakeholders with the business.

After I opened the office in Montevideo, Uruguay in November 2012. I trained all new staff in the following areas:How to analyse live matches, how to operate Opta Databases, the structure of Latin American football competitions, setting up all equipment and dealing with any technical issues, dealing with customers.
