Hello, I am a well rounded computer person and customer service expert. Best of all, my computer background is 100% hands on and self taught. In addition I have extensive experience managing projects and teams.I have a wide variety of experience with software and software support. My background is varied and can support any Apple or Windows based machine. If I have my hands on it I can also work my way through numerous Linux distributions. I even have imaging drives for every release of OsX. Whether someone needs help with Microsoft Office, Adobe, or most any other major software I have the experience to help him or her with it.Towards the end of 2015 and through much of 2016, I was traveling extensively working on the network racks at Apple retail stores all across the nation from Anchorage, AK to Birmingham, AL. I spent week in Fort Worth TX, working on the networking and computers for a new REI store and spent 2 weeks in Charlotte NC working on Networking for Google Fiber. I also installed 27 Servers as well as routers and network switches on behalf of Alibaba in conjunction with China Telecom at a Level Three Data Center. About 15 years ago I started dabbling in web design. However I never had the opportunity to just sit down and learn HTML or CSS coding. Instead I designed websites Frontpage, Pagemill, and Dreamweaver. Much of my hands on training in customer service came while working for Nordstroms (through the Appleone Staffing Agency).My extensive management experience comes mostly through the service industry. At the age of 19 I received my first supervisory opportunity. Most recently I have managed as many as 15 techs while working to upgrade Computers at multiple United Bank of Switzerland locations.
