Building Management Specialist
CurrentPromote positive relations while managing different agency tenants, become a liaison between tenants and GSA employees. Work closely with O&M and custodial contractors in order to ensure top performance and minimal downtime due to component failures and/or tenant complaints. Coordinate with Contractors that are performing work inside and outside of building. Continue to manage building contracts and maintain good rapport with both contractors and tenants of building. Manage over 277,000 square feet in the building, continuing to monitor building automated systems, budgets, and projects that provide building improvements. Manage remote federal building sites, and continue to improve all aspects the building spaces and tenant relations.
