My responsibilities as a lead engineer include:- Guiding the daily activities of a team of engineers.- Review test plans and certification reports.- Provide status to management.- Interact with other organizations to coordinate and collaborate.- Organize the long- and short-term strategy of my team.- Mentor developing engineers.

As a Flight Test Engineer, I have developed a long and varied list of experiences in the propulsion/fuels disciplines:- 737 MAX group focal, interacting with other organizations and disciplines, developing instrumentation requirements, test requirements, and other project management activities.- 787-8 APU focal and community noise focal. This developed my knowledge of APUs and community noise flight testing. - Engine performance testing, operating characteristics, inflight and ground starting, inlet compatibility, and nacelle/component cooling are areas in which I have developed experience.- Interact with various suppliers to develop test requirements and instrumentation.
