Field incoming calls, prioritize multiple jobs with dynamic timelines and logistics, purchasing capital equipment, quality control of outgoing and incoming equipment, maintain morale and productivity within operations. My crew and I were servicing/dispatching 150 miles of drill pipe (not counting other tools and HW) through the boom. I never cost a rig downtime and always found a way to make it happen for my customers-no matter how impossible the job. THIS IS A MINDSET I CARRIED WITH ME INTO SALES AND MARKETING

Worked in the shop and spent alot of time learning the ins & outs of BOP'S and valves. When additional help was needed in the pipe yard I would do that too. I was a very quick learner and was soon sent to Williston, ND to help the inspection company with some jobs and to learn inspection. While doing this, a big boss noticed me working, prioritizing jobs, and dispatching others onto tasks and I was offered a dispatch position in Williston.
