About Nate Rauh-Bieri

Experienced project and program manager committed to supporting equitable environmental and climate solutions. I manage project operations at JustAir Solutions, which furthers environmental justice through air quality. Over 10+ years delivering social impact programs, I've developed a wide range of skills to support leaders and communities, including: communications, learning and development, research, grant writing and management, professional development, leadership and experiential education, interdisciplinary analysis, facilitation, impact evaluation, reporting, and intercultural teamwork. Over the past three years, I've increasingly applied my skills to climate and environmental work. I have shared my learning through consistent writing and educational content creation (60 pieces and counting, via a newsletter I created and other public outlets), supported a community climate group's advocacy efforts, and even reported from COP26. I've built further knowledge, skills, and networks as a Climatebase Fellow and launched a side environmental consulting practice. I am continually seeking to apply my experience directly to climate solutions and just transitions. My entire career path, from my divinity school training through today, has been driven by a vision of communities creating life-giving conditions for one another through storytelling, learning, and praxis. At root, I care about how environmental impacts affect people, and how people, in turn, can be empowered to create a more just and thriving world. Some of my other core commitments are to: learn, unlearn, and relearn; support teammates; develop new skills with others; help people engage in meaningful action; foster an inclusive running community; and write on climate, environment, and sustainability topics. In my free time, I like to run in local parks and public lands. If you’d like to connect or explore a collaboration, please feel free to reach out!

Listed skills include Nonprofit Organizations, Volunteer Management, Preaching, Writing, and 31 others.
