About Nathan Rausch

I have been a quality engineer with United Technologies since June 2016, and was promoted to be the 2nd shift manufacturing supervisor in 2019. In 2020 I was again promoted from supervising 4 engineers on 2nd shift to 14 engineers on 1st shift. I am always open to new opportunities and eventually want to move into a management position. I am an eagle scout and enjoy working with people and leading them and would like to continue to be a leading in job.
