I started out collecting rents, assisting in acquiring real estate, and worked with local vendors to renovate properties in the 4 major Southern California counties (LA,SB,RIV,OC). I now oversee multiple teams, daily acquisitions, and operations for the entire state of California, which equates to over 50% of our business.
