Detail Oriented. Persistent. Communication. These three traits are the most valuable in my daily life, struggles, and successes.Detail- Most of the "conflicts" I face in my day-to-day life stem over menial tasks. Forgetting a sock, to tie your shoes, or just having one glove, we all hate the feeling that you have forgotten something. As the secretary of the Drama Club, I was responsible for the indexing of all past and current members as well as the budget for the club. This was a fantastic opportunity to gain perspective on my mistakes, as if I made any mistake previously, I knew exactly what to prepare for to prevent future errors.Persistent- I have always been comfortable with my commitment to a task as it has been vital to my success in groups and solo projects. As the Technical director my senior year, I faced failure many different times through engineering failures, to group discourse, or the struggles with the pandemic. Through the path of trial and error, I learn how to positively react to the failure while also maintaining an encouraging and comforting environment for everyone I worked with.Communication- This is the lifeblood of any and all team setting. Whether it be a duo in class discussion to a ten-person group for a case competition, I strive to create a common bond between myself and my groupmates. I often take a leadership role, striving to learn as much as possible to use my experience to lead the rest of the group. I make it my primary objective to create a beneficial environment for all parties that highlights everyone's specific talents.I strive to utilize communication, attention to detail (detail oriented), and persistence, to create a positive and encouraging environments for all members.
