Transitioned into the newly formed Project Management Office (PMO) which reported through to the CFO.• Responsible for Management of projects including running project meetings, minutes, monitoring the timeline and GAANT chart for activities of team members and flagging issues immediately that will impact project timelines or delivery• Running project meetings - with a diverse group and implementing both the physical and technical solutions by ensuring clear communication and a shared focus.• Developed project steps required and a timeline where it is a non-standard activity. When we were bough by Private Equity from Kerry we needed to change ERP systems from PRMS to M3. We also had to build a new Optiva system.So in this time i specialised in -* Moving from PRMS to M3 with all setups of BOM's and linking.* Working with the owners of Optiva to build Optiva customised to us and then testing and setting up.* Involved in the installation of a Silo system and the setting up of new recipes* Part of the relocation & closure of factories and getting the systems and paperwork in place.* As we lost Salesforce in the move to Private Equity started running project meetings for the business on all of NPD's projects and resourcing.* Built a costing template for the business to use.* Setup a Raw Material register and process to be used in the department for better tracking of all RM's and samples.
