My current role as Manager, Foreign Arrangements and Compliance requires that I work collegially and effectively with peers across the university to support the implementation of an International Partnerships and Agreements Policy and Procedure, including through proactive advice and process design in alignment with the University’s governance requirements. - Experience in developing and maintaining processes to effectively manage the University’s obligations, as captured in the International Partnerships and Agreements Policy and Procedure, under the Foreign Arrangements Scheme, the UFIT guidelines and related legislation or guidelines.- Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional networks internally and externally to the University to identify and collaborate in the coordination and oversight of proposed and active foreign arrangements.- Experience developing and maintaining processes to report on the University’s International Partnerships and Agreements, and anticipate, analyse and respond to changes, trends and uncertainties in the political, economic, social or legal landscapes relevant to the University’s strategic interests.- Lead role in assessing foreign arrangements under a legislative framework to determine the University’s obligations, which may include seeking additional information from stakeholders or conducting research.- Development, implementation and maintenance of a framework and methods for regular and effective communication to inform and engage relevant stakeholders.

• Provide support and training for the University’s Partnerships and Agreements policy and procedure. • Undertake detailed assessment and analysis of partnership and agreement proposals.• Develop evidence-based briefings and recommendations to the University Executive in regard to strategic partnerships and agreements. • Successfully manage and develop a community of practice to support agreement practitioners from across the university.

• Responsible for providing high-quality communications and experiences to prospective students through a range of communication channels.• Assisting management in the creation and review of working processes in order to provide a high-quality customer service experience to customers. • Experience training new staff members working within the Future Student Experience Team. This has included training in the use of the FSE Team’s CRM, phone training and general knowledge training.

Changwon Metropolitan Area

• Training in a range of medium to large sized companies. Responsible for the creation and execution of a range of training programs, from language and cultural understanding course, to business development skills courses. I have also been employed by the University of Changwon, in South Korea. • Responsibilities have included course creation and planning, scheduling, training, assessing students' development, course reflection and improvement, and reporting outcomes to management.

Mackay, Queensland, Australia

• Developed and maintained strong relationships with core business customers, tourists and the local community. • Responsible for every aspect of the rental transaction, from pick up to drop off. Sales, customer relations and problem-solving skills were vital in this role. Attention to detail and reporting skills were also key.
