Through the challenges of the pandemic, my role as a personal shopper at Tesco helped me develop key organisation and problem solving skills. By communicating constructively with customers adapting to the in-store social distancing changes, I was able to resolve customer issues and answer any queries. I became a flexible and diligent worker by adjusting to the different degrees of COVID-19 restrictions and arranged shopping orders for online and in-store customers.
