My role involves managing and directing all aspects of the business from strategic to operational management. I founded Sports Management Solutions following a successful career spanning 21 years across public, private and voluntary sectors. I have a strong background as an inspirational business leader with over 12 years of management, strategy, delivery and operational experience in the Leisure industry with a proven track record in directing and leading large multi-faceted departments and teams. I have a history of successfully managing complex capital and revenue programmes, I am particularly proud of directly securing over £6.5m of external funding for projects across the North East. I excel in dynamic, demanding environments while remaining pragmatic, focused and personable.These attributes, coupled with the knowledge and experience gained enable Sports Management Solutions to provide a customer centric and performance driven approach to business improvement.The business provides;* Management support* Strategic guidance* Project management* Bid development services* Business improvement to local authorities, schools, clubs, universities, colleges, private and voluntary sectors as well as offering a variety of business focused solutions for the leisure and sport sectors.Presently, my client portfolio includes Tyne Met College who I am working with to offer bespoke business focused solutions to small and medium size organisations in Tyne and Wear, North Tyneside Council and a range of sports clubs.
