Assisting in the operational delivery of the Catalyst Festival 2024.Duties include but not limited to:Procurement of services, equipment and contractors for the running of the festival.Recruiting and supporting members of the operations team both before and at the festival.Oversee delegate and team member bookings whilst providing relevant customer service.In conjunction with the festival leadership team, plan the site layout and usage of venues.Other tasks relating to the catalyst festival under the direction of the festival director.

Assisting in the load in and load out of events. Loading in and out flight cases containing sound/lighting equipment, primarily at venues such as Portsmouth Guildhall, Southhampton Guildhall, and the Pyramids Centre. Safely lifting and carrying heavy equipment, running cables, assembling truss, assembling Alu Lite Deck, hanging and wiring lighting fixture on truss, assembling speaker stacks.
